Safety Calls for the Theatre Counterweight System



Open vs Closed systems
The safety calls for the counterweight system is an open system because it interacts with the people working on the stage to keep them safe.

Interdependence
Every part of the calls interacts with each calls for the loader and the operator in the order they come.

Hierarchy
The calls should be in certain order to make things clear and to keep things safe.

Decomposability
If the calls are broken down, there would not be any meaning for the calls or it would not have enough information.

Safety calls keeps the stage safe and it becomes the important part for the stage. The more people on stage will require more attention from the operator to keep them away from the rail.

Each call is defined to be clear for the loader and operator interaction.

Balance
The calls are exchanged with each other to give each other cues when it is safe.
